The dose may be increased to 300 mg once a day by mouth. The dosage can be decreased to 50 mg once a day by mouth, or increased to 150 mg once a day by injection. The maximum daily dose allowed for human is 300 mg.

Headache, Diarrhea, Palpesthia, Gastritis, Ribospermia, Lower gastrointestinal motility index, and nausea were less common. Nausea, Hemoptysis, Rashes, Skin rash, and Skin blisters were less common.
